Today, sitting in the Anglican chaplancy of St.Petersburg, Russia, and listening to a sermon where the reverent used 'feeding the multitudes' illustration, I caught myself on an idea. Why is it that we often talk about what Jesus did or said, and forget about what Jesus felt? If the source of all actions is our heart, then it would be wiser to ponder about ways of heart, i.e. to prepare the soil and cultivate the essence of our being. And then there will be no need to fight over right and wrong deeds (or their absence). What do you think? Tags: church Current Mood: confused
